WHML.ORG’s source Library page connects access to information with education, research and scientific publishing. A useful library is more than a list of links: it helps a reader move from a question to an identifiable source. This redesigned guide brings publication formats, search decisions and responsible reuse together without inventing a collection of files or subscription access.
Overview
WHML.ORG’s Library section brings together its educational, research and knowledge-sharing priorities. WHML.ORG describes its origins in 2000, founded by professors, academics, scientists and health professionals, its headquarters in the Netherlands and its registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK). Its geographic framework covers Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania, the Caribbean, North America, Central America and South America. This page explains the library model and the related learning, research, publishing and community activities.
About the library
The World Health, Medical and Life Sciences Organization Library serves as a leading information center that facilitates access to knowledge in global health and life sciences. Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of global health standards by providing the highest quality information resources for health professionals, researchers, and students. Our vision is to be an institution that promotes knowledge sharing, leads the creation of sustainable health systems, and develops innovative solutions.
Education and academic programs
Library learning is designed around the needs of students and professionals, using online and in-person educational materials, digital libraries and interactive learning tools. Subject areas include health management, biotechnology, public health and clinical research, as well as biomedical engineering, supporting the development of knowledge and practical skills. Academic staff and subject specialists contribute to the educational approach; each published programme must identify its provider, instructors and any qualification or recognition. The current demonstration provides protected learning and certificate areas only after account approval and an approved package with administrator-confirmed payment. A certificate is available only when an administrator issues its actual record; registration, payment confirmation or lesson completion alone does not create one.
Research and scientific publishing
WHML.ORG Library plays a pioneering role in supporting and disseminating scientific research. Our international projects focus on the most current issues in health and offer innovative solutions. The scientific journals published by our Library enable researchers to share their work with a wide audience and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge. In addition, through our research centers, we conduct multidisciplinary studies to develop holistic approaches to complex problems in the health sector.
International and national collaborations
WHML.ORG Library implements impactful projects on an international scale through strong partnerships worldwide. Through our offices in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania, the Caribbean, North America, Central America, and South America, we develop solutions for local health needs and contribute to the shaping of global health policies. At the national level, we collaborate with local health institutions and universities to focus on regional health issues and develop solutions. Our collaborations provide researchers with international experience and opportunities, expanding their global perspectives. In addition, through our international research networks, we optimize knowledge and resource sharing, making it possible to conduct more effective and comprehensive studies.
Volunteering and civil society engagement
WHML.ORG Library operates in collaboration with non-governmental organizations and non-profit structures through volunteer-based activities. Our volunteer projects aim to increase public health awareness, improve access to healthcare services, and develop sustainable health solutions. Our Library offers volunteering opportunities to researchers and members, strengthening social responsibility awareness and encouraging participants to contribute to social projects. This way, our researchers develop both academic and social skills while benefiting society. In addition, we implement joint projects with civil society organizations to improve healthcare services and enhance public health.
Membership and foundation activities
Membership connects participants with WHML.ORG’s professional health and life sciences network. The institutional framework describes educational programme discounts, research funding opportunities and participation in international conferences, alongside foundation activities involving scholarships, research support and social projects. These opportunities support academic and professional development, including the careers of young researchers and scientists. Availability, eligibility and selection belong to each published programme; creating an account does not grant funding, a scholarship, conference admission or access to every service.
Publishing and scientific journals
The publishing activities of WHML.ORG Library aim to disseminate scientific knowledge and share current research. The journals published by our Library comprehensively cover research in the field of health and life sciences and enable scientists to reach a wide audience. Through our academic publications, we promote scientific collaboration and facilitate the exchange of knowledge. Our journals maintain scientific standards through high-quality peer review processes and provide reliable publication platforms for researchers.
